Account Deletion
You can delete your account inside the app from Settings → Data Management → Delete My Account. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email from this page.
How to request deletion
Send an email to levelupfocus.app@gmail.com with the subject “LevelUp Focus Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address or username used for your LevelUp Focus account.

To protect accounts, we may ask you to verify ownership before deleting cloud data. If we cannot verify the account owner, we may request additional information or decline the deletion request.
Data deleted
- Account identity data, including email address, username, and Supabase user ID.
- Cloud sync data, including study sessions, tasks, goals, settings, rewards, and progress.
- Leaderboard, public profile, guild/social, room, partner, and focus progress data associated with your account.
- Scheduled cloud notification records associated with your account or device when identifiable.
Data that may be retained
We may retain records required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or compliance purposes. Optional anonymized analytics data may remain if it can no longer identify your account.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and completed as soon as reasonably possible, and no later than 30 days after we can verify the account owner.
