Terms of Service
These terms apply to the LevelUp Focus app, public web pages, and related cloud features.
Acceptance
By using LevelUp Focus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use LevelUp Focus. If you are under 18, use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and session security.
- Do not share passwords, login links, or session access.
- Provide accurate and reachable account information.
- Notify us if you notice unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or abuse infrastructure.
- Do not harass, impersonate, spam, or share harmful content with other users.
- Do not use the service for illegal, misleading, hateful, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not manipulate leaderboard, rewards, tasks, or social systems with bots, automation, scraping, or cheating.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, or commercially redistribute the service without permission.
User content and data export
Your tasks, goals, notes, study records, and similar content belong to you. You allow us to process that content to provide, sync, back up, and display features you choose, including social and leaderboard features. You can export your data using the app’s JSON export feature.
AI coach and productivity content
AI coach, summaries, suggestions, planning tips, and motivational content are general productivity support only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or academic advice.
Notifications and timers
LevelUp Focus may provide notifications and exact alarms for user-started timers. Device settings, operating system limits, network state, or battery restrictions can affect delivery, so every alert cannot be guaranteed to arrive exactly on time.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, social systems, virtual rewards, analytics, or cloud services. We recommend exporting your data regularly.
Account deletion and termination
You can delete your account in the app or request deletion at /account-deletion/. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account or access to specific features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from outages, data loss, inaccurate notifications, third-party service failures, or use of the service. This limitation does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
